As far back as I can remember; I have been obsessed with salt.  As a small child growing up on a farm, I would climb on my sisters back and lick from our horses salt licks.  Of course, now that I’m older and wiser, my tastes have become more discriminating. 

While vacationing in the Virgin Islands, my daughter and I hand harvested salt from the salt ponds, bringing a taste of the Caribbean Sea home with us.

I have spent the past several years sourcing unrefined quality salt and salt accessories from around the world and I look forward to bringing them to your table.
